I always say you can’t predict the British weather… but wow, Chloe & Connor’s wedding at Donington Park Farmhouse really turned up the heat. It was one of those HOT HOT HOT days where everyone’s grateful for the shade, the drinks are flowing, and the ties get loosened pretty quickly!
The day kicked off with a very nervous groom. Poor Connor could hardly stand still before the ceremony. But the second he saw Chloe walking down the aisle (looking absolutely stunning, I should add), the nerves melted away, and you could see him settle straight into enjoying every second.
Donington Park Farmhouse is such a brilliant venue for those relaxed summer weddings, with loads of space for guests to mingle and enjoy the sun. And speaking of entertainment… the magician! What a shout. Honestly, selfishly, I love when couples book a magician as it makes for the best reaction photos, and this guy didn’t disappoint. Guests were properly blown away, and I’ve got the evidence to prove it.
As the evening rolled in and the party kicked off, Chloe had a clever little trick of her own — a second dress reveal! Swapping out the bridal gown for something lighter and far more dance-floor friendly was the perfect move on such a hot summer evening. Safe to say, the dancing didn’t stop from that moment on.
