From the walk down the aisle to the exchange of vows, I’m there to document every key moment. Of course, the speeches are a big part of the reception, and I’m always ready to catch both the speaker’s expressions and the reactions of the couple and guests. From heartfelt tears to belly laughs, it’s all part of the emotional rollercoaster that makes weddings so special.
Party Time!
As the evening rolls in and the lights go down, the mood shifts into full party mode. Whether it’s a first dance under twinkling fairy lights or a packed dance floor with guests letting loose, I make sure to capture the fun, joy, and sometimes a little bit of madness that the evening brings.
The low lighting of the evening offers an opportunity for more dramatic, creative shots. The key here is to embrace the movement and energy of the night, capturing guests mid-laugh or couples spinning across the dance floor.

Some of my favourite wedding photos come from the very end of the night, when the crowd has thinned out, and the couple is left to reflect on the day. Whether it’s a quiet moment between the couple or a final, epic dance floor shot, these closing moments are full of emotion.
